IFS THERAPIST IN TULSA & ACROSS OKLAHOMA STATE

Healing begins when you welcome all that you are.

What would life be like if you didn’t have to carry the weight of old wounds anymore?

Maybe you feel like your past is constantly shaping your present. Or maybe you feel stuck in a loop of pain and uncertainty. You might find yourself sinking into depression and anxiety. Or you might feel overwhelmed by the weight of your thoughts, emotions, and the struggles of simply getting through the day.

Staying in the same place without change can feel like you’re going in circles.

You don’t have to keep carrying this burden alone. I would love to join you on your journey to rest and fulfillment.

Hi, I’m Caitlin

LPC, IFS Therapist

Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or distant. My approach is curious and relational.

As a Cherokee Nation citizen, I carry the values of connection and care held in my community. I’m also trained in Internal Family Systems, a deeply compassionate approach to therapy. I bring both of those influences into our work to create a space that feels warm, respectful, and grounded.

I’m here to help you untangle the overwhelming thoughts, emotions, and patterns that make life feel confusing. In a kind, non-judgmental space, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface—together.

Here, your whole self is welcomethe messy, the uncertain, and the painful. All of it matters.

I want therapy to be a space where you feel empowered and truly seen.

We'll start with a free phone consultation. This is a space to share what you are desiring to work on along with getting a sense of how I work. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule our first session and decide on a frequency, either weekly or biweekly.

Building safety is the foundation of our work together. I’ll always listen to your feedback and move at a pace that feels right for you—you’re in charge of the process.

With time, you will start to notice real shifts: more clarity, more calm, and a deeper confidence in yourself and your life.
