IFS THERAPY IN TULSA & VIRTUAL THERAPY ACROSS OKLAHOMA
Discover a new kind of healing—where every part of you is heard.
You feel the tension inside—like parts of you are pulling in different directions.
One part of you wants change. Another part of you is afraid to let go.
You’ve tried to push through, but the struggle and tension keeps returning.
That’s because healing doesn’t happen by force—it happens when all parts of you feel safe, seen, and heard.
IFS therapy offers a new kind of healing. Instead of fighting against yourself, you’ll learn how to listen within, ease the tension, and find clarity through compassion.
Healing happens when you feel safe enough to stop pushing parts of yourself away—and start listening instead.
What if you could meet every part of yourself with compassion, not criticism?
Many of us were taught to ignore or avoid our inner world—to push through, stay strong, or hide the messy parts. But when we do that, the struggle doesn’t go away. It just shows up as anxiety, guilt, anger, or deep sadness.
IFS offers a gentle, powerful way to understand what’s happening inside. Instead of fighting your thoughts and feelings, you begin to listen with curiosity.
The protective parts of you, the ones carrying pain or fear, finally get a voice. And in that space, something shifts. You begin to feel lighter—more grounded, more whole. This work doesn’t just help with the issue you’re facing right now—it opens the door to a new way of living.
Imaging feeling clarity, calm, and confidence. Imagine feeling that all parts of you are welcome.

It might be hard to believe right now, but the wisdom you need to find peace is already within you. I can help you access it and rediscover your joy.
The Process
YOUR IFS HEALING JOURNEY
Explore Your Inner Experience
We all have different thoughts, feelings, and inner voices—some trying to protect us, others carrying old pain. In IFS we call these “parts”. For example, part of you might feel sad while another part of you is angry. The first step is learning to notice your experience, gently and without judgment.
01
Learn to Listen With Curiosity & Compassion
Instead of judging what you feel or trying to push it away, we will approach your experience with curiosity. Even the parts of you that seem critical or reactive are trying to help in their own way. With my support, you’ll learn to listen with empathy and openness—and that changes everything.
02
Create Lasting Peace Within
As you begin to understand the parts of you that need care, healing can begin. You’ll gently release old pain and replace worn-out patterns with new ways to feel confident and whole. This step brings your inner world into harmony—helping you feel calm, grounded, and truly at peace.
