Both! I offer in-person services in Tulsa, Oklahoma and virtual counseling sessions to any resident of Oklahoma. Group facilitation can extend to any surrounding area including Owasso, Jenks, Broken Arrow.

Online therapy offers the same support as in-person sessions but from the comfort of your own space. We’ll meet through a secure video platform where you can talk through your concerns, work on your goals, and get guidance just as you would in a physical office. All you need is a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection. I’ll be there to guide the process, ensuring it feels as personal and effective as face-to-face sessions.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Based on your needs, we can meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly—whatever feels most supportive for where you are in your process.

Yes! I partner with a platform called Headway to manage insurance billing, making it easy for you to use your benefits without added paperwork. Through Headway, I currently accept:

Yes—I reserve a set number of spots in my caseload for clients who need a lower rate. If cost is a barrier, feel free to reach out and we can talk about what might be doable for you.
